  企业在不断发展壮大的过程中,部门间强调各自的利益,而出现互相推诿扯皮、对立拆台等现象。跨部门协作的项目往往不能很好地推进,浪费公司的资源。                                                                                                     
  本课程针对跨部门沟通问题的调研结果理出了跨部门沟通的障碍,并从文化、信任、双赢和沟通的角度让学员们理解面临的调整并提升自己的能力以达成组织
