组织竞争的本质是人才竞争,一个组织拥有多少符合组织战略需要的人才,是其在竞争过程中的重要考量因素。               
在这个数字化的时代,组织普遍追求一种高效、快捷且能够被准确认知的盘点过程。鉴于这种需求,章森老师提出了一种数字化人才盘点和建模的方法论,简称 “APP” 方法论,即通过 A(测评)、P(绩效与评价)、P(人口信息)的三维数据结构,来高效、精准地洞察组织的人才现状、人才规律、人才标准以及目标人才的分布。通过与肯耐珂萨数字化人才盘点系统(KTR)的结合,让人才盘点在组织中轻巧落地。
